"Pivot Custom Pools provides exceptional knowledge and expertise, incredible professionalism, hands-on quality control, excellent attention to detail, easy-going demeanor, and a superbly delivered product. Preston and Chris are outstanding at customer service and always accessible. The most recent project they completed for us had many challenges including excavation on the side of a mountain and no access for large equipment. The miracle work they mastered delivered a beautiful 23 x 34 vanishing edge pool with a spa, including cool features such as a rolled spa neck rest and custom 1” glass tile throughout. All phases of their work were completed with care and attention to detail. Paragon Custom Homes certainly recommends these guys if you demand top notch excellence."
